“Liberty For All” Lecture Series

Michael Lasser, musical scholar and radio host, will be speaking on “He Hated to Get Up in the Morning: Irving Berlin and the Songs of World War I” at the J.C. Nichols Auditorium, World War I National Museum in Kansas City at 10 AM, Saturday, 29 December.

Following this lecture in the J.C. Nichols Auditorium there will be a screening of the movie Joyeux Noel, a 2005 French film that depicts the 1914 Christmas Truce on the western front. Subtitled in English.
